Your fastest way to online banking

With the Key App from Luzerner Kantonalbank, you can quickly and securely confirm your login or payments.

With an internet connection...

If you always have a mobile internet connection on your smartphone, you can use the "PushTAN" method. This will send a push notification for confirmation during login.

... and even without an internet connection

As an offline option, the Key App offers the "PhotoTAN" feature. Login and transaction confirmation data are encoded in a colored mosaic. This must be photographed with the app, and the decrypted security code entered.

LOGIN TO ONLINE BANKING

1. Open the login page on your PC
2. Enter contract number and personal password
3. Click on login
4. Open the push message on your smartphone and confirm login

LOGIN TO THE E-BANKING APP (App-to-App)

1. Open the E-Banking app
2. Enter contract number and personal password or use Touch ID or Face ID
3. Click on login
4. The Key App will open automatically. Confirm login within the app.

SECURITY

The app meets the highest security standards and transmits data only through encrypted channels. Device protection safeguards the app against unauthorized access, even in case of smartphone loss. For security reasons, we recommend not using the app on rooted or jailbroken devices.
